Process of creation

A situation of grave threat,
Has surfaced upon us.
Making us lose our peace of mind and chances of sustainability,
But I think the opposite is true instead.

We say this pandemic has stopped our lives,
For good or for bad is for us to decide,
Whether we really want to stay put and hide,
After realising that the actual cause is residing inside.

Human existence is a great example of nature's creation.
The nature that created us with full compassion and expectations.
The creator is herself in many forms of existence,
One call her goddess and the other call it evolution.

No matter who the creator is,
No matter what forms she carry.
For now and for always,
One thing that would matter the most,
Is that the process of creation would slightly vary.

We are the most advanced animals in this evolutionary world,
With brains to process and analyse anything that we can.
Maybe that is why our advance brain cannot understand,
The basic things that the lower ones understood and planned.

We are told to do one thing to increase the chances of survival.
To stay home and to maintain social distance,
Is what should be our primary function for this battle.

But what actually are we doing?
Are we staying inside?
Are we maintaining social distance?
Are we even comprehending?

We have this false thinking,
Where we consider ourselves okay cause we and our familes seem safe
But what about others,
Cause they are a part of mankind and dying as we are not humans enough to behave.

This is time for us to unite,
Unite in isolation at our homes under lockdown.
To fight something which is a part of the process,
Varying greatly cause we are the ones who messed around.

The losses are already numerous,
If this couldn't teach us then what would.
If we have the most advance brain system,
Then why don't we use it to finally realise,
That we need to be responsible and stay inside.
