Wait is over

Well, I was lying there

Looking up to the ceiling.

It was white and cold, filled with nothing but silence.

My gaze was precise, 

That knew nothing about how to hide.

But my brain was still blocking everything that was coming to my mind.

There was no response in return, is what you would say.

But there indeed was a connection that I felt.

'Cause the ceiling was not alone,

It was filled with lots of elements.

Each waiting for the right time, to establish their dominance.

This moment was for seconds in existence,

But all felt as if it was continuous and consistent.

I was trying to figure out the reason for my static resistance,

In that moment where only non living things were persistent.

I was waiting for something to happen,

That is what I know for sure.

But wasn't ready to accept that, as immobility struck me,

And I accepted it as my cure.

But it wasn't enough pure and made me a selfless, degraded manure.

I couldn't increase my self fertility,

I couldn't increase my self productivity.

I was waiting for some things to come across,

But I never realised that effort was no where to be seen and the manure was completely dross.

I needed a push,

I needed a touch,

I neede a say,

I needed myself.

Tears started coming out of my eyes.

I raised my hand to wipe it off and realised that the wait is over.

I stood up to go ahead and realised my hands shaking and legs trembling.

But my mind was confident,

Cause it knew what it was about to face.

The door opened and I went out,

It felt like an eternity was over and I made a shout.

The shout was loud and clear,

Enough for the elements to hear.

Now was the time for me to establish my dominance,

And I made it my significance.
